Hartman Executive Advisors was founded with the vision of providing business-focused, vendor-independent consulting to mid-sized companies. As independent, trusted strategic advisors to our clients, Hartman's mission is to create meaningful business outcomes that foster growth, greater financial returns and market dominance. By developing a deep understanding of the business challenges arising from poorly aligned technology and uncovering the transformational opportunities that result from strategically aligned technology, we set the path to advance, cultivate and leverage people, processes and systems to change and transform organizations. At Hartman, we deliver powerful business outcomes by leveraging technology strategy as a game-changer for our clients.
We are seeking a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) with the executive presence, strategic mindset, and modern security experience to help lead clients through today’s most complex cybersecurity, risk, and compliance challenges.
Hartman Executive Advisors is seeking an experienced Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to lead holistic Information Technology Security Programs across Hartman's financial services client portfolios, primarily consisting of community banks and credit unions that address the full scope of cybersecurity, risk management, and compliance domains. The program includes cybersecurity, risk, and compliance oversight, strategy, governance, and leadership for clients across non-profit and association industries. This is a senior-level, client-facing role responsible for advising executive leadership, shaping cybersecurity, risk, and compliance programs, and driving measurable program improvements and outcomes.
The CISO oversees program development, implementation, and oversight, the associated tactical projects such as risk assessments, regulatory compliance, incident readiness, and security and risk roadmap execution. Working in partnership with technology and security teams, this role serves as a trusted executive guiding organizations in navigating evolving threats, technologies, and regulatory pressures.
