In certain jurisdictions, CBIZ CPAs operates under its previous name, Mayer Hoffman McCann P.C. body { font-family: Arial, sans-serif; line-height: 1.6; padding: 20px; } strong { font-weight: bold; } ul, ol { margin-left: 20px; } Minimum QualificationsHS diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics or relevant field preferred3 years of relevant experienceMust possess analytical skillsMust be able to comprehend, manipulate and interpret statistical dataDemonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externallyProficient use of applicable technologyEssential Functions and Primary DutiesBuild, maintain, and improve reports and dashboards in Power BI and Oracle OTBI covering headcount, turnover, recruiting, compensation, and other workforce metricsRespond to ad hoc data and analytics requests from HR partners, recruiters, finance teams, and business leaders by defining requirements, gathering and analyzing relevant data, and delivering clear, actionable insightsSupport recurring executive reporting, including monthly and quarterly workforce metrics for senior leadership and business partnersSupport the validation, reconciliation, and documentation of HR data to strengthen data governance, improve data quality, and enable scalable reporting and analytics across the organizationPartner with HRIS and BI teams to align data pipelines, data definitions, reporting logic, and report distribution processesEnsure the accuracy and reliability of HR data by proactively identifying anomalies, conducting root cause analysis, and advocating for process and system improvementsCreate and maintain clear documentation for data definitions, reporting processes, governance standards, and analytical methodologiesProvide training and technical support to Human Resources on reports, dashboards, data definitions, and analytics toolsPreferred Qualifications3 years of experience in an analytics, reporting, or data role. Oracle HCM experience is a plus but not required for candidates with strong analytical fundamentalsStrong analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate business needs, assess options, and recommend practical solutionsAbility to clarify ambiguous requests, ask effective follow-up questions, and deliver practical, actionable outputsAbility to communicate recommendations and solutions to non-technical clients and end usersData modeling and cloud data warehouse experienceBackground in professional services or another people-focused industryPosting Date: CBIZ
