Field Reimbursement Manager

Responsibilities

The Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) will operate as the subject-matter expert on reimbursement, access, and coverage issues affecting the clients' product. Educate HCPs and their staff on matters related to reimbursement, access and coverage to facilitate appropriate patient access.

Analyze access/reimbursement issues and opportunities

Provide offices product access/reimbursement expertise

Provide access/reimbursement education to field teams

Coordinate on access/reimbursement issues with third parties including hubs

Support patient access to the products by providing subject matter expertise on reimbursement issues that may be barriers to product access

Job Requirements

Along with a results-oriented mindset, self-assurance and an engaging manner, the ideal candidate has:

BS/BA Degree required; advanced degree preferred

Minimum five years in field reimbursement, field sales, payer marketing, patient support programs and/or reimbursement hub programs

Extensive knowledge of payer and health systems

Knowledge of specialty pharmacy dynamics, buy and bill process and Medicare Parts A, B, C and D, as well as Medicaid and Commercial Payers

Demonstrated ability to educate offices on access and reimbursement processes

Exhibit competent understanding of hub activities
